Tara Burns Sarbaz
Tara Burns Sarbaz was born and raised in the South before moving to Manhattan and then Los Angeles, where she now lives and works full time. Her passion for design, architecture, and the meaning of home was sparked from a very young age while growing up in a historic home in Atlanta, Georgia. Her journey has taken her through a diverse array of experiences that culminated in her successful real estate career.
A musician from a young age, Tara studied voice and communications at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, and also had the honor of being selected Miss Tennessee and representing her state at the Miss America Pageant in Las Vegas. After graduating summa cum laude from Vanderbilt, Tara fulfilled a life-long dream of moving to Manhattan. During her time in New York City, Tara explored various industries, including performance, entertainment, hospitality, and wellness. Ultimately, she found her true calling in real estate. After establishing a successful career as a luxury real estate agent in New York on one of the country’s top producing teams, she expanded her business to the west coast where she now resides with her husband, Aryan, a born and raised Angeleno.

Melissa Stein-Singer
My love for architecture and real estate comes from a deep appreciation of what a home truly means. A safe haven, a curated space that evokes peace and joy and the sacred backdrop to life’s most meaningful moments. I started my career in stage and film acting but soon realized I wasn’t living up to my full potential. I knew my creativity, intuition and ability to connect with people would be better utilized in real estate, where I could help others find spaces that inspire and support their lives.

Originally from Calgary, she began her career in acting but soon discovered her true calling in real estate, where her creativity and intuition allow her to help clients find spaces that inspire them.
With experience in both the U.S. and Canada, Melissa has built a strong network of clients, positioning her well to assist others in embracing California living. She has a deep passion for interior design and Mid-Century Modern architecture, bringing a keen eye for detail to every project. However, her greatest fulfillment comes from guiding clients through life-changing moments.
She resides in Laurel Canyon with her husband, a native Angeleno, their Cavapoo, Bowie, and their sweet baby boy, Baer. For Melissa, real estate is more than just transactions—it’s about helping people find where they truly belong.
Jace Welton
Born and raised in the Bay Area in a family deeply involved in real estate, Jace developed a passion for the industry from an early age. She attended Loyola Marymount University, where she studied Business and graduated with honors, equipping her with a strong foundation in market strategy and negotiation.
Now based in Los Angeles, Jace has had the privilege of working closely with some of the nation’s top-ranked real estate professionals, collaborating with them on their deals and operations.
